I was born in Leeds many years ago, but since then have lived in many other areas of the UK, finally (so far) settling in the North West a few years ago. I've been seriously interested in the art and craft of photography for some years, finally deciding to abandon a career in IT and concentrate on photography in the autumn of 2002. My work has been published in a number of magazines and books.
I am a member of the Royal photographic Society, and hold the LRPS distinction.
My photography demonstrates a primary interest in the form of natural objects and rarely contains people or man-made objects, except where these are an integral feature of the landscape. I work primarily in monochrome, though not exclusively so.
My current work is largely black and white floral pictures. It is available mainly as limited edition giclee prints, though I do occasionally make available small limited editions of silver gelatine prints.
